PreFlight is now my new favorite off-site airport parking! I have used PreFlight several times now and have had no issues. Dont worry a bit, just go to their website & choose the prebook option & save mucho $$$$s Give em a try.hope you are as happy as I am with them. Ive parked here every since & I intend to keep it that way. I found them by luck over a year ago & I fly from ATL to LAX Least once a month & sometimes more. Save your money & get better service and a super quick comfy ride in their climate controlled shuttles. I wouldnt park anywhere else in Atlanta for flights in & out of ATL/Atlanta Hartsfield Airport! These folks are friendly, helpful & always get you to the airport lickity-split! In fact Ive never had to wait on a shuttle, bc they are usually pulled right behind my car right after I park & waiting on me haha! NTM the price is as low as a quarter of what youd pay at the airport! The difference is insane! Were talking $100s vs $27.00!!! Its a no brainier! The lot is easy to find, right off 85 and its immaculately clean & extremely safe! I have no worries leaving my fairly new car there all! Do yourself a favor, dont throw away good money parking ATL! Just cruise down 85 a lil bit & get yo self into Pre Flight. However if you do have an issue, you will receive ZERO concern or support from the business into finding resolution to your issue. However, the customer service was atrocious and I feel that everyone needs to be aware from an avid Googler that if you park here, you may be alright. In fact, Im surprised I have not reviews this business before as Im fairly vigilant about writing reviews. And even with this, had the customer service piece been more acceptable, I probably wouldnt be writing this review. I made the statement that if they review the tape for the time frame from when I parked until I picked up my vehicle, maybe they would be surprised to see something did happen, again she laughed without an ounce of compassion or concern in the world.Dont get me wrong, Ive parked here many times without any issues. I made the bold statement that she didnt seem the least bit concerned and that her customer service needed improvement and to which she again told me that whatever my problem was, there wasnt anything they could do about it. Luckily I always take a photo of my ticket (because I lose them frequently) so I was able to tell her the exact spot but again, zero concern. When I explained what happened and asked that they watch the tape for their sake and that I wasnt even looking for compensation, she told me theres nothing to watch because she knows it was my fault. Upon calling to discuss a complaint, there was zero care from the lady on the phone. So today I called, and Ive never, NEVER, been treated so poorly in my life. This isnt the worst though, Im very understanding that stuff happens, yet, when I stopped back to discuss this, I was rudely shrugged off and told to call tomorrow to discuss it with management. I barely made it to the gas station around the corner for fuel. Upon return home, I went to start my car and it would not barely run, the gas gauge was on E and I never, I mean NEVER run low on fuel. No issue.HOWEVER, yesterday was my first issue and its making me reevaluate if I will ever park here again. Until yesterday, Ive been able to mind my own, pull in, park, get on the bus, and vice versa. With over 300 reviews, I rarely rate poorly and this may be my very first 1 star review.Ive been using PreFlight since 2016 and have well over 50 stays with them, many of which have been a week or more at a time.
